Refund Policy
At Cotton Candy Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- With all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable-Items
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
How to Return an Item
- Returns can be made in-store or by mail.
- For mailed returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hanianasher@gmail.com We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
